Change management coaching is a collaborative partnership that helps you identify your current change leadership strengths and uncover new ways to enable workplace change.

This program is tailored towards change practitioners, executive sponsors, middle managers, project managers, change agents and others tasked with leading the development or execution of organizational change.

I bring to you, hands on experience of over 10 years in leading change and professional certification from renowned institutions that has grounded my change knowledge.  

My approach to change management is to meet you where you are and together we craft a tailored program that suits your needs

How I work with you

Assessments

To help us identify the areas of greatest relevance to you and ensure we build on your strengths. During this time we will spend some time exploring your current situation, clarifying what is (isn't) working, and identifying new approaches you might try.

Goals and plans

Coaching is directed by your goals. We'll collaboratively develop clear goal to guide us, as well as the action plans you'll need to achieve them.

Duration

This is highly driven by your needs and we define this during the Assessment phase

Tailored one-on-one sessions

We meet virtually on a regular schedule, usually for 1 hour

Insights

Key findings and leading practices from change research are often woven into each session or offered for exploration on your own.

Experiments

You'll "put insights into practice" between coaching sessions, and we'll debrief your experiences for continued learning.
