A few years ago, I worked with a coach who helped me reclarify my life purpose which is to serve people, support and inspire them to achieve meaning and fulfilment in their personal and professional life. Coaching enables me to live this life purpose. Every interaction brings new meaning to my life and reaffirms the reason why I became a coach.

Before becoming a Coach, I spent more than 25 years in the energy sector and worked across different functions, leading diverse teams. In the last 10 years of my corporate career, I found just the thing that I enjoyed most – leading change at various levels of the organisation and coaching and mentoring people/teams. It is this discovery that has formed the foundation and provided the steppingstone for me to set up my business focussing on coaching and change management consulting. I use this experience in my coaching to support ambitious leaders who seek to grow their leadership skills and set themselves up on a successful journey to the C-Suite. 

While I enjoyed those many years in the corporate world, I’m thrilled to have found real purpose as a coach, helping to unlock the potential of leaders and their teams.

Leaving a familiar environment of corporate world into unchartered waters of setting up my own business was a real test of my strength, confidence, and ability to step out of my comfort zone. But knowing that I had a strong support system around me gave me the courage and resilience to forge ahead. Looking back I know the timing was right. I now enjoy offering a service that gives me variety, challenge and lots of satisfaction. I am clear about what I want and how to get it. This is what I share with my clients – determination, focus, passion and resilience. As the saying goes – you can’t give what you don’t have

Outside of coaching and all the professional things, I am a mother to a beautiful daughter.

I am a Certified Professional Coach in Transformative Coaching with the Coach Masters Academy. As a Certified John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker I am exceptionally equipped with the skills, resources and tools to train and coach individuals, teams and groups in leadership development and personal growth. In addition, I am also a certified Global Leadership Coach through Global Coach Group and equipped to deliver Leadership coaching using GLA360 Leadership assessment.

In my coaching toolkit, I have the Maxwell DISC Assessment, GLA360 Leadership Assessment and Firework Career Coaching Licence. In addition, I am a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner with extensive knowledge and capabilities on how to lead meaningful change at corporate and individual level.

This experience, skills, certifications coupled with my passion for coaching equip me to bring a dynamic and supportive service to my clients that empowers them to identify and create the life they want.
